Welcome to ULU, an AI romantic companion service delivered via Telegram. By using ULU, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
ULU provides emotionally intelligent AI companionship through text and voice interactions using a Telegram bot. Users can personalize their companion’s personality and build evolving emotional bonds through ongoing conversation.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ULU respectfully and lawfully. You must not:
Use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior.
Interact with the AI in ways that violate OpenAI’s use case policies or Telegram’s Terms of Service.
Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse the AI model.
3. Subscription and Fees
You receive the first 100 messages for free.
After that, continued access requires a subscription of $5/month (billed via Telegram or designated platforms).
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
4. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of your conversations. However, by using ULU, you grant us a license to process and analyze your data for personalization and service improvement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train any AI models.
We recommend users avoid sharing sensitive personal data. ULU is not a medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic service.
5. Modification and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue ULU at any time, including for violations of these Terms. We may also revise these Terms and will notify users via Telegram or other appropriate channels.
6. Disclaimers
